In case you’ve been hiding under a rock on some distant cold planet the last 24 hours, yesterday there was a fight at Seattle Seahaws mini-camp. The fracas started when Phillip Bates went down on a hard hit from Earl Thomas. On the very next play he got tied up with Richard Sherman and a fight ensued.

Seahawks star cornerback Richard Sherman got into a fight with wide receiver Phil Bates during Wednesday’s minicamp practice.
Sherman was playing press coverage on Bates the next play. They grabbed each other at the snap, and neither man let go. Sherman ripped off Bates’ helmet, and punches flew before Sherman also lost his helmet.
