New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan would be better suited as a coordinator

Every NFL head coach essentially takes the same path to their job. In that spot, they flourish, becoming an integral part of a team’s success. Because of that, a coach becomes...

Rex Ryan has lost 130 pounds

New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan has literally dropped the equivalent of another human being in weight — 130 pounds. He’s gone from a Macy’s Day Parade float-like 348 pounds down to a respectable 218 pounds. “I was always huge and all of that,” Ryan told NJ.com. “I just kept getting bigger and bigger — would lose weight, gain weight.”
