Howdy from Ottawa. With goalie's Pascal Leclaire and Brian Elliott (though still unsigned) in place, Ottawa has dealt Alex Auld to Dallas for a 6th round draft pick. So for those who thought Auld was going to bring a 3rd round pick or a forward...I told you so. Sorry folks but I had too. I've gotten too many comments stating as much. For Ottawa, it was a move that had to be done. Elliott is done in the AHL and Auld had a one-way ticket. Dallas is getting a top-end backup goalie. No...
