PLAYERS: Ray Emery
TEAMS: Ottawa Senators

Today, we find out that on Friday night, Emery's white Hummer was apparently pulled over for driving without a suspended license. As Emery does not have a suspended license, this clearly was not the case. Ottawa Police officials later said Emery pulled in front of the police cruiser, but Emery was not ticketed for the event. Emery claims that he is pulled over by police three to four times per week.

  • How about they are targeting him for something more serious than anything previously discussed. It is an interesting possibility. Also Black guy in a 80K+ White SUV is asking for trouble in Northern Canada, by now most cops in Ottawa know it's him and probably want a story to tell their buddies. (I'm not saying this is morally right, but it's fact.)
