The Vancouver Canucks had picked up Wellwood off waivers.... and now they put him on waivers.I remember hearing the reports of Wellwood not being in the best of shape coming into camp, which surprised me as I thought that he would try to jolt his career seeing that he's only got a one year deal and being in a new organisation like the Canucks.(Sportsnet article)
