Reports are circulating today that the second child of Jose Theodore and Stephanie Cloutier passed away last week from unknown causes.
Although nothing has been confirmed, I extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to the Theodore and Cloutier family, both of whom must be wraught with anguish and pain in this very difficult time.

The Theodore family is mourning the loss of their two-month-old son. In a statement today, Veronique Cloutier, the sister-in-law of the Washington Capitals' goalkeeper, spoke about this tragic event. No further details were given by Veronique Cloutier as to the cause of death.
