Red Wings defenseman Andreas Lilja isn’t sure if he’ll be ready for the start of training camp Sunday, but he is confident he eventually will be cleared to play again.
Lilja, plagued by headaches and concussion-like symptoms since Feb. 28, said Tuesday he hoped to learn more after having some tests, including an MRI this afternoon.
“I’m a lot more positive,’’ Lilja said. “I’m almost 100 percent sure I’m going to play, it’s just a matter of when.’’
