NHL: (video) Panthers Zednik gets neck cut with hockey skate
Florida Panthers forward Richard Zednik was in stable condition last night after getting slashed in the neck by a teammates skate. Zednik underwent surgery to close the gash on the right side of his neck. "The surgery was successful and he's resting comfortably in the hospital," Panthers spokesman Brian Goldman said.
