Last night, it was deju vu all over again. The Oilers as a team completely mailed in an effort. Welcome back, last season.
I suppose it's a little hard to get motivated to play in the pre-season. The people who needed to show up, Dustin Penner and JF Jacques, both had great games. Jacques in particular was great, scoring once with the puck, and once with his hand by flattening...

I know it's only pre-season and all, but after last night's game, I need to do some whining.
Denis Grebeshkov flat-out stunk last night. He wasn't physical, he didn't move the puck well, his defensive zone coverage was suspect, and he appears to be allergic to shooting. I also seem to remember him coughing it up a few times, leading to Lightning chances to score...
