People in California don't follow hockey

Dude - I was at that beach party - Gretzky, Shanny, Chelios (it was at chelios' house on the beach, next to Laird's.), Filpula, Draper, etc.

NO ONE didn't know the Cup was there - there was a sign and TWO bodyguards.
I guarantee you - NO ONE would have gotten close enough to ash in the cup.
Seriously.
I waited in line just to get a picture with it.
Don't believe what you read in the gossip columns.
I was lucky to get the shot when i did - a half hour later, Cheli packed it up and retired to his house with the small hockey contingent.
Kid rock kept partying out on the beach.
