The first day of Penguins camp is in the books and the biggest news of the day involved Tyler Kennedy getting a shot to fill in on the Penguins second line. Kennedy started to flash his offensive ability last season and even more so during the playoffs. I decided that, for the sake of reporting and getting photos, I would go to Mellon Arena to visit the Penguins' open training camp session—without any Flyers gear.
