The Nashville Predators successfully avoided a franchise tying losing streak, but it wasn't pretty to say the least. Heading into the 3rd period with a 3-0 lead, the Preds and Ottawa Senators combined for a whopping 8 goals the rest of the game. Although the Boston Bruins looked a bit off of their form from a season ago, they still had just enough fire power to push past the offensively challenged Preds.
