I am reporting on CSNPhilly.com in my blog that among the players missing on the ice today at Flyers' practice ... NO Mark Bell. Today is cut down day. I assume Bell has been cut only because I don't see him on the ice but I do see Blair Betts, Jason Ward and Mika Pyorala.
