Tippett Considering Moving Lindros to First Line
Dallas Stars coach Dave Tippett is considering moving oft-injured center Eric Lindros up to the first line to skate along with Mike Modano and Brenden Morrow after the experiment worked well in practice. Lindros would replace Jussi Jokinen who's slow start has not gone unnoticed by the Stars' coaching staff. The author of the article even likened the way Lindros creates openings for shots to Brett Hull, who's tenure Dallas included a Stanley Cup. A move like this could really benefit Lindros since Mike Modano is one of the better passers in the league and has a knack for always finding the open skaters on the ice.
