  • I would be very surprised if the penguins were one of these offers. It is not like Shero to go out and sign a player of this status to a contract that should be at least 2 million/yr. Shero's offer to Kariya wasn't even in the ballpark. Markov would be a nice addition. I'm not sure if he would be a plus/- 25 for the penguins, but he would definitely be a top 4 defenseman. Can anybody tell me why we have Orpik still? The rangers took Kasparaitus......can't we talk them into Orpik?
