Ok, so we're all fed up with the soap opera that has become the Phoenix Coyotes' bankruptcy proceedings. Wouldn't it be nice if the Coyotes just folded? Here’s how I feel the draft would work out—obviously opinions will vary, but here it goes...
New York Islanders—Need everything, but rather than a veteran the Islanders would probably look for a younger player. My money's on the Islanders drafting right wing Peter Mueller (13-23-36 pts).

Coyotes Training Camp…Unrated
The Phoenix Coyotes training camp was Sunday at Jobing.com arena and for five exhilirating hours I watched the old dogs and some new pups take the ice. Now I could go on about the drills, sprints and scrimmages and how great the guys performed, but let’s talk about the REALLY important stuff…

The Phoenix Coyotes' 2009-10 Season Preview
I will be previewing all 30 NHL clubs. I will be looking at their available salary cap room, the additions and deletions from the 2008-09 rosters, and where I think they will stack up in their division and conference for the 2009-10 campaign.
Let's get a move on with the Phoenix Coyotes, which play in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference.

Jim Balsillie's bid to buy the Phoenix Coyotes and move them to Southern Ontario appeared to take a hit late Friday when representatives for the biggest creditor in the bankruptcy case said they backed the NHL's offer to take over the club.
NHL to Balsillie: Say you're sorry
As expected, Friday's session of the Phoenix Coyotes bankruptcy hearing provided plenty of drama, as the standoff between the NHL and Blackberry king Jim Balsillie reaches absurd proportions.
On Friday, both sides upped their offers for the bankrupt franchise, Balsillie guaranteeing more of his $242 million offer, the league promising for the first time that some of its $140 million...
