How does stuff like this happen?  How does no one in the production group check to make sure that the script they give the voice-over person is correct?  How do they not check to make sure they know what happened in the last playoff series between these two teams?  How can Claude Giroux be looking for revenge when the Flyers beat the Penguins last year?  In case you were wondering, the Flyers beat the Penguins in 6 games.I know it must have been tough to get this put together because they had such a short time, but seriously, this is just as bad as Deadspin being the only news outlet to decide to check whether or not Manti Te’o's girlfriend was a real person.According to the Puck Daddy Blog, this is the first time something like this has happened. When on Earth would the Canucks have played the Lightning in the Stanley Cup Finals?  Good grief.[Puck Daddy Blog]
