Former Boston Bruin Adam Oates enjoyed 19 seasons in the National Hockey League and was a scoring machine for seven different teams during his career. After playing in 1,337 games, scoring 341 goals and assisting on another 1,079, Oates will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012. Oates’ highlight-filled 2012 doesn’t end there. The five-time All-Star was named the Washington Capitals head coach earlier this year. Oates played almost six full seasons in a Bruins uniform and enjoyed playing with Cam Neely and Ray Bourque.
