Engren saved his strongest play for the third period when he turned aside 12 Heat shots to earn his first win and move the Admirals to 4-0-0-1 (9 points, first place Midwest Division). The win extended Milwaukee’s AHL record of consecutive games without a regulation loss on the road to 20. The last regulation loss for the Admirals took place Jan. 13, 2011 at Manitoba (3-0).
