Yes, even professional athletes get a little home sick.
Andrew Ference was born in Canada, and has seen pretty much every corner of the globe, but he considers home to be good old Boston. The Bruins defenseman is currently playing overseas in the Czech Republic while the NHL and NHLPA try to come to an agreement. Known as a travel buff and foodie, Ference keeps his Twitter followers in the loop of all his interesting travels.
On Monday, Ference let his fans know that he's certainly thinking of them back home in Boston, as he found a Pizzeria Regina restaurant in České Budějovice. While it's not affiliated with Boston's famous eatery, it still reminds the defenseman of his neighborhood pie joint.
