Days of Y'Orr:
Last year it was Brad Marchand who was named to the Most Stylish Bostonian's list. This year it's good old Alternate Captain Planet Andrew Ference. Remember, recylcing is fashionable.
What do you wear on the weekends?
Honestly, a lot of the things I wear are because I grew up as a punk, skateboard, snowboarding kid. I still buy Volcom jeans, and most of the casual pieces I wear are active brands
Remember, this is what Ference said about Marchand last year:
"We're trending to no shirt being stylish?" --A very concerned Andrew Ference

The shortened NHL season, with its quick start and jam-packed schedule, was supposed to mean a plethora of injuries across the league. While some teams like the Senators have fallen in line with that, the Bruins have been one of the luckier clubs when it comes to medical issues this season.
The B’s entered Monday’s game in Ottawa having missed just seven man games as team this...
News prior to puck drop: Chris Kelly, who sustained an undisclosed injury last night in Ottawa will not be playing tonight. The third line should look like this: Jordan Caron on the right , Rich Peverely at center and Jay Pandolfo on the left.
Coach on Chris Kelly: "No news. He's here with us...there's some swelling obviously so it's hard to say where he'...
Halfway through the season, the Bruins have plenty of reasons to feel like awarding some attaboys.
After all, they’re right in the hunt for the Northeast Division crown, have been able to avoid injuries to many of their key guys and have erased any worries about missing Tim Thomas thanks to the strong play of Tuukka Rask and Anton Khudobin.
With that in mind, NESN Nation’s Dan...

It had been two years, nine months, and 23 days since Tuukka Rask last squared off with the Philadelphia Flyers. 1,030 days ago to be exact, but hey who was counting?
Seemingly haunted by the second round collapsed thatâs been the headline of his still young NHL career, thereâs no doubt that speculation came with Raskâs perceived âhidingâ from the Flyers...
Shootouts are an NHL gimmick so if you're pissed at what Kaspar Daugavins did last night than, well, we don't know what to tell you. Here's his crazy move.
It's a high risk, high reward maneuver. He nails it and Ottawa is singing songs of his grandeur. He fails and he looks like a giant chump who wasted a chance to win a game for his team. Thank god...
David Krejci scored the shootout winner and had an assist in regulation as the Boston Bruins defeated the Ottawa Senators 3-2 on Monday night.
Tuuka Rask made 30 saves in regulation and stopped three of four Senators in the shootout, including a bizarre attempt from Kaspars Daugavins. The Ottawa forward carried the puck by pressing down with the tip of his stick before attempting...

Game II in the five-game Boston-Ottawa series wasn't dissimilar to the first installment: the Bruins emerged victorious, but needed extra-time in order to best their divisional rival.

Man, that banner is like a sleek Accelerator jersey. Black on black baby.
Bruins come into Pittsburgh on a three game winning streak after a shootout win against the Senators where Boston comes back from 2 down. It was a tough game for Boston, which doesn't bode well for their legs against the Pens. The only thing that helps Boston is that Malkin is back in Russia...
Having rebounded from a brief lull, the Boston Bruins will try to add to their momentum by continuing their recent dominance over the injury-plagued Ottawa Senators.
The Bruins seek a 10th straight victory in Ottawa and an 11th in 12 overall meetings Monday night while trying to end the Senators' five-game home win streak.
Boston dropped back-to-back games for only the second...
The Penguins host the Boston Bruins tomorrow night so we asked the fantastic Bruins blog Days of Y’Orr a few questions about the B’s. This is Getting Old: The Bruins are off to a great start. Stanley Cup or bust? Days of Y’Orr: I would say Stanley Cup Finals or bust. If they lose to…
