Right-winger Milan Hejduk has signed a one-year contract with the Colorado Avalanche, the team announced Friday. The deal is worth $2 million, the Denver Post reported.The Avalanche captain has played 13 seasons with the Avalanche and has only played in less than 71 games in two of those.371 goals and 423 assists in 991 games. Last season, he scored 14 goals with 23 assists in 81 games. However, he only scored two goals after the All-Star break. Hejduk was part of the 2000-01 Avalanche team that won the Stanley Cup title in seven games over the New Jersey Devils.
