It probably would have been an F, too, without that excellent goal he scored in Game 6 against San Jose. For just one brief moment, Marek Svatos looked like the old Marek Svatos again.
Sadly, that almost certainly will be the last time we ever see Svatos in an Avs uniform. While the Avs have not made it official, all signs point to him moving on from Denver, after six years here.
Svatos is a good guy and did lots of good things for the Avs over the years. But in 2009-10, you can only count the good things on one hand really. You would need about 10 different hands to count up the not-so-good things that happened when Svatos was on the ice this year.
In 54 games, Svatos scored seven goals. He tied with Cody McLeod for the worst plus-minus on the team, at -13. Not much else nee...
