With the NHL lockout still in full swing as the owners and players continue to negotiate their most recent labor dispute, NHL stars are spread out across the globe trying to stay in shape and get some work in with hopes of returning to the United States for a NHL season at some point.
One of the guys playing overseas is St. Louis Blues forward Alex Steen, who is playing for Modo in the Swedish Elite League.
Steen had been playing well overseas, tallying 14 points in 15 games, but unfortunately was recently injured and could miss up to three weeks with what some are calling a "thigh tear."
