ST. LOUIS St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has recalled forward Evgeny Grachev from the Blues American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.
Grachev, 21, has dressed in 24 games for the Blues this season posting four points including a goal and three assists. The 6'4, 225-pound forward has also made 13 appearances for the Rivermen registering five points including two goals and three assists.
The Khabarovsk, Russia native was acquired by the Blues from the New York Rangers in exchange for a 2011 third round draft choice, Steven Fogarty, on June 25, 2011.
