A 2010 Land Rover driven by 32 year old Daniel Briere of Haddonfield, New Jersey was traveling in the passing lane next to a tractor trailer.
Troopers say Briere was drowsy, and drifted into the right lane, side-swiping the tractor trailer.
The truck then swerved, jack-knifed, and rolled.
It came to a stop across both lanes of 81 North.
Briere’s Land Rover hit a guiderail and came to a stop.
Police say the truck driver, Briere, and his 9 year old son all had minor injuries.
