The team has been hanging in ownership limbo since 2009 when it went into bankruptcy. It is now over two and a half years since the filing, and the NHL is still trying to find a viable owner to keep the team in Phoenix....

If I had a dollar for every Canadian media report thats surfaced the past three seasons regarding the sale of the Coyotes, I would have bought the team by now.
