via TSN, Montreal Canadiens forward Michael Cammalleri cut his leg in the first period of Sunday’s game against the Winnipeg Jets and will be out of action for up to two weeks.
With around four minutes left in the frame, Winnipeg centre Mark Scheifele appeared to get his skate caught up in the right leg of Cammalleri.
Cammalleri quickly skated to the Canadiens’ bench and then began asking the refs to stop play so he could be rushed to the dressing room.
