The NHL has fined Chicago Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville $10,000 for criticizing officials following a playoff game against the Phoenix Coyotes. Quenneville criticized the game officials for failing to call a penalty on Raffi Torres after the Coyotes forward hit Marian Hossa with his shoulder and drove him to the ice in Tuesday night's Game 3. Hossa was carried off the ice on a stretcher and is out indefinitely. The NHL suspended Torres indefinitely on Wednesday for the hit. Quenneville called it a ''brutal hit,'' and added ''how four guys missed it was hard. The refereeing tonight was a disgrace.''
