Indeed yes, reports Dmitry Chesnokov in today's Examiner. Apparently there is interest in Nylander's services in Russia, from a high-profile club in the Continental Hockey League (KHL). "KHL's Avangard Omsk would like to see Nylander in Russia playing for the Siberian powerhouse," Chesnokov wrote today. The report first surfaced in Chesnokov's Russian newspaper, SovetskySport. Chesnokov points out that one Jaromir Jagr is currently rostered on Omsk. Were Nylander to join Jagr, with whom he fashioned considerable success while on Broadway from 2005-07, all Washington Capitals' fans would have to address Christmas cards to Omsk management later this year. For Christmases hereafter forever.Nylander tallied 79 points centering Jagr in New York in 2005-06; he added 83 points as his pivot the following season.
