The Phoenix Coyotes recalled forward Kyle Chipchura from Portland of the American Hockey League on Thursday. Chipchura, who signed with the Coyotes as a free agent in July, played in the club's season opener against San Jose before being sent down. Chipchura, a first-round pick in 2004, had four goals and two assists in eight games with Portland this season. The Coyotes are rolling, going 4-0-1 in their last five games.
