Larry Brooks at the New York Post reports that Alaine Vigneault is believed to have made a favorable impression on Glen Sather during his interview on Tuesday, though an offer for the Rangers head coaching vacancy does not seem imminent, unless the Stars make a time-sensitive offer to Vigneault.
