Defenseman Brian Campbell Out At Least 4 Weeks

Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Brian Campbell is out at least 4 weeks with a leg injury sustained in last night’s preseason game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Campbell collided with Eric Tangradi in the second period of yesterday’s game and left immediately after the hit. Tangradi said after the game that “it was a shoulder to shoulder hit” and “I think his skate may have gotten caught.” Campbell will have an MRI on Sunday to determine the extent of the damage.
