Devils D Tallinder has blood clot in leg, out 6-8 weeks
New Jersey Devils defenseman Henrik Tallinder is dealing with a blood clot in his left leg, general manager Lou Lamoriello said on Thursday.
“Henrik Tallinder has been diagnosed with acute thrombophlebitis of the lower left leg and will be out six to eight weeks," Lamoriello said in a statement.
Tallinder, 33, has collected six assists and 16 penalty minutes this season.
