Not much went right for the Columbus Blue Jackets in their first trip to the playoffs last spring. They were swept by the Detroit Red Wings, and there was never a moment where it felt like Detroit was in danger of losing the series. Or even a game.   But the payoff from that brief glimpse at the postseason is happening now. The Blue Jackets won four of their first five games while keeping pace with the red-hot Chicago Blackhawks atop the Central Division standings.   Columbus is among teams off to a surprising start.
