Anaheim Ducks netminder Jonas Hiller has gone on the offensive after his team put together another dismal effort over the weekend.

Hiller surrendered four goals on 35 shots in Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Minnesota Wild, a game win which the Ducks broke out to a 2-0 lead early on before falling apart over the final 50 minutes.

Afterward, the veteran netminder unloaded on his teammates for not being responsible enough on the defensive end.

"I don't think we're playing really solid in our own end," he told reporters. "I think that's where you can see why we're not winning. It's kind of like those guys always seem to get inside ... to kind of walk through two guys and suddenly get a two-on-one out of nothing.

"Even though we have guys back, it seems like we're just too cute."

The loss was the 18th in the past 21 games for the Ducks, who fell to 0-2 under new head coach Bruce Boudreau.

This isn't the first time a member of the Ducks has gone off on his teammates. Forward Teemu Selanne, the franchise's all-time scoring leader, ripped his club following a recent loss, saying some guys were acting like "passengers."
