Canadiens Sign RFA Forward Brett Berard

The Montreal Canadiens announced on Thursday afternoon that they have signed RFA forward Brett Berard to a one-year, two-way contract. The Canadiens acquired Berard on June 26th in a minor-league trade that sent defenseman William Trudeau to the New York Rangers.
