The sticking point appears to be Marek Zidlicky's desire for a no-trade clause, something Fletcher dislikes. Zidlicky is 33 years old and there is no way he should be given a no-trade. I like the deal; Zidlicky has brought offense to the blue line and is very capable of running the PP.
