When Mark Letestu first turned pro and went to Wilkes-Barre, he sucked, to put it nicely. He was on the fourth line with Dennis Bonvie and Paul Bissonnette as his wingers. Assistant coach at the time, Dan Bylsma, pulled the undrafted forward aside and injected some of his BYLSMAGIC into him. Letestu became an offensive force the following season with WB/S. He worked his ass off to get to the NHL, and last year at this time he was the next big thing.
