Pro Sports Daily:
Calgary Flames rookie left wing Lance Buoma suffered an upper body injury during Sunday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Dallas Stars.
"He'll be out for ... I don't know. It could be a game. It could be two, I'm not sure," coach Brent Sutter said. "I don't know that, but he's definitely going to be out our next game."
The 21-year-old Buoma fell awkwardly in the corner during the second period and did not return to the contest.
Buoma, who will turn 22 later this month, has collected one goal, two assists and nine penalty minutes this season.

Jarome Iginla scored his team-leading 26th and 27th goals and the Calgary Flames earned a 5-4 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night.

Congratulations to Jarome Iginla on his 13th season of 25 goals or better. Even better is the fact that he has achieved that in consecutive seasons on a team that many may deem subpar. This season’s version of the Calgary Flames leave us questioning many aspects of their game. The debate is over. The team is horrible at shootouts. They are 3-7 in these sordid affairs and have...
The Calgary Flames continue to take early leads, but holding on to them has been a problem.
The Eastern Conference-worst Montreal Canadiens might not cause many problems for the Flames the way they've been struggling to score.
Calgary looks to extend its point streak in this series to seven on Tuesday night when it tries to end its longest home losing streak in two years.
First off, Mike Cammalleri will not be facing his former team tonight as we found out yesterday that he'll be unavailable for the game. Add him to Lance Bouwma, Blake Comeau, Mikael Backlund, Blair Jones, and Lee Stempniak as players whom we know won't be in the lineup tonight. Let's also not forget that Chris Butler remains sidelined as well on the back end so the walking...

As surprising as it might be, the Stars enter this game as one of the hotter teams in the league. They've gone 6-2-2 in the last 10 games and have won five of the last six games. Dallas has managed to get at least one point in...
