By Ryan Holmer Twitter – @RyanHB (Image courtesy of Flames Connected) Add another win to the column, folks. The Calgary Flames won a decisive game against the Minnesota Wild tonight, 5 – 2 with shots favouring Calgary 35 – 21.  During the win however, we lost Alex Tanguay and Scott Hannan as both fell down injured. I have been informed that Alex Tanguay is fine, but have not heard anything about Hannan. This was the first game all season, that I was very impressed. It was a team game from top to bottom. It looked as if the players had finally bought into Sutters’ system. The first period was quite ugly, and back and forth. After that, it was a steady and well-played game.  Mark Giordano, again had a spectacular game, with a plus 2 rating.  Giordano has been my favourite Flame all year. A few things to point out before I get into this: First, being the...

Will Jarome Iginla get traded? That’s entirely up to him

Jarome Iginla has played a grand total of 1106 NHL games, all of them with the Calgary Flames. At this point, it seems like it would be sacrilege to see him play in another uniform. But that's where we may be headed. Iginla has played in only 54 NHL playoff games, 26 of them in one postseason, and it's beginning to look as though, if he remains in Calgary, he won't be...
