Day 2- July 8 2012 Today, we were all up early, a little early for me. We had breakfast at the hotel at 6:30 A.M. and headed right over to the Flyers Skatezone to warm up and stretch for 7:30 A.M. Forwards were on the ice first at 8:30, while the defensemen worked out with Ryan Podell. I was in the first group and we did a little bit of the same as yesterday. We worked on protecting the puck, as well as some one on one battles. The forwards and defensemen switched after our ice time.
