Image courtesy of USA Pics Contrary to numerous reports, the Philadelphia Flyers will not name their captain today.  Anthony SanFilippo, inside reporter for the Flyers, reported early this morning that the team will not make the announcement today.   It is believed that the team will announce their new captain (most likely Claude Giroux) on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center.  You can obtain your free entry ticket for Thursday practice here.
