TEAMS:
Montreal Canadiens
On Thursday night the Canadiens will play the first game of the season at the Bell Centre. Unfortunately they will do so without the services of: Markov, Campoli, Cammalleri, Spacek, and White. Luckily, Lars (Larry) Eller will make his first appearance of the year along with Aaron Pulashaj. Don’t expect the world from Eller, but given how bad his preseason went, Pulashaj is lucky to have this opportunity.
I’m on vacation in Mexico so I’m not sure whether I’ll catch the game, but I wanted to leave a spot for people to talk about the Habs vs Flames matchup. Calgary is a team I still hate because of ’89… Let’s hope for big things!

TUC has been traveling for the past five days, and internet has been intermittent. However, I was lucky enough to catch both Habs games in full. Without further ado, a few thoughts, as the Habs sit at 1-1.
- Carey Price is the key to the Canadiens season, plain and simple. Thus far, he looks cool as a cucumber, and he’s picking up right where he left off in April.
