George Parros = Rocket Richard Award

The NHL is roughly 1/8 through it's 2008-2009 campaign. Many familiar faces top the scoring lists but there are also a few surprises. As of today, the Anaheim Ducks enforcer, George Parros, has scored more goals than the likes of Joe Thornton, Martin St Louis, Anze Kopitar, Brian Gionta, Mike Ribeiro, Patrice Bergeron, Daymond Langkow, Jason Blake, Owen Nolan, Petr Sykora, Ryan Malone, Olli Jokinen, Craig Conroy or Ray Whitney. In fact, if you added up the total goals scored in 2008-2009 by Marian Gaborik, Maxim Afinogenov, Rob Blake, Derek Armstrong, Michael Peca and Jeremy Roenick you would only equal HALF of just one George Parros.
