Periodically, I will present a “Get to Know” feature on most of the Kings players. The forwards will come first, in alphabetical order. *** Trevor Lewis was born on Jan. 8, 1987 in Salt Lake City. He is sometimes called “Lewy.” Kings scribe Rich Hammond called him “an intelligent, quiet leader”. He is the second NHL player from Utah.
