Hagelin, Lindberg debut. #NYR — Alex Nunn (@aj_ranger) October 29, 2012 The Karjala Tournament, also known as Karjala Cup, is an annual ice hockey event held in Finland. The name comes from the sponsoring beer brand Karjala ("Karelia"). The tournament started in 1996 and is part of the Euro Hockey Tour (EHT) in which Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden participate. ...with Hagelin already proving he can play at the NHL level, it's not that important, but for Lindberg and Fast this will be a great experience that will continue to help with their development.
