NY Rangers Blog:
The 2012 year is coming to a close, and there were certainly some great Rangers moments. There was the emergence of Carl Hagelin and Chris Kreider. There was the Brad Richards buzzer beater against the Coyotes and the tying goal against the Capitals. There was the Marian Gaborik triple overtime goal. Henrik Lundqvist won his first Vezina. Dan Girardi was selected to his first All-Star Game. Without a doubt, 2012 was an incredible year for the Rangers; perhaps the best since 1994. Have a fantastic New Year tonight and thanks for making 2012 a great year for the New York Rangers Blog. Let's aim to make 2013 even better; preferably a year in which hockey is being played.
