Today's Examiner file from Dmitry Chesnokov is even more bizarre than yesterday's; in it he doesn't merely suggest that Viktor Kozlov has left the Caps and the NHL for good, but cites a new interview Kozlov had with SovetskySport in which the right wing claims to have had a return to Russia in mind even before signing with the Caps two years ago. Wow. Anyway, there's a top-six right wing spot now open in D.C.
