ST. LOUIS — No skate today for the Avalanche, which flew here immediately after last night’s 4-3 overtime victory over Carolina in Denver. No updates, really, other than the same guys who participated in last night’s warmups — including scratched defenseman Ryan Wilson — also just skated in warmups at Scottrade Center. Assuming veteran winger Milan Hejduk plays, he will tie former defenseman and captain Adam Foote for second in games played in a Avalanche/Nordiques sweater. Foote played 967 games with the franchise, second to Joe Sakic (1,378). Keep tabs with Mike Chambers on Twitter: @MChambersDP
